Dawn Smith is excited to be a part of the John Graham & Associates team.  She joined the company in 2016 as an Operations Associate at the front desk.  She is now an Administrative Assistant, helping the clients of Nathan, Dan, Billy, Cal and Tim with many of their administrative needs.  Her favorite part about her job is interacting with clients and getting to know them on a deeper level.

She joined JGA with many years of client-care experience from working in medical offices and for a local attorney.  She is currently studying for the FINRA Series 11 licensing exam.

Originally from Hanna City, Dawn now calls Metamora home with her husband, Rusty.  She has two daughters, Elizabeth and Megan; one son, Aiden; and one granddaughter, Alexis.  She gets involved in her community by volunteering at the St. Jude Run, as well as local churches and food pantries.  She enjoys ice fishing, regular fishing, boating, bon fires, and spending time with family and friends.  She is a big Chicago Cubs fan.
